Is Nasal Valve Support™ right for me?

Please do this simple test to get a good idea if Nasal Valve Support™ can benefit you: With one of your thumbs and index fingers lift the side wall of each of your nostrils, one at a time. That is, gently pull the nostril open. To be a more effective test, you can block the other nostril gently with your other thumb. If this opening (dilating) of the nostril with your fingers makes a marked difference in your nasal breathing, then you should try the Nasal Valve Support™.

If lifting the side wall of either one of your nostrils does not improve your nasal breathing immediately, you should repeat the above simple test every half an hour for the next twenty four hours and record the results. If most of the time the answer is affirmative that the lifting of the side wall of the nose does help your nasal breathing noticeably, then you should order. If your nose is internally congested (for example, due to cold or allergies), in this case you should eliminate or reduce the internal nasal congestion first. Then repeat the above simple test.

Typically, people with any type of blockage in the front part of the nose (anterior nasal obstruction), may benefit from the Nasal Valve Support™. Anterior nasal obstruction causes inadequate airflow through the nose. Some of the symptoms of anterior nasal obstruction are:

  • A lack of ability to breathe comfortably and adequately through one or both nostrils

  • Snoring, wheezing

  • Mouth breathing

  • Dry mouth

  • Sinusitis

  • Dental problems

  • Tiredness

  • Lack of concentration

  • Sleep apnea (due to anterior nasal obstruction)

Usually, a blockage in the front part of the nose may be caused by:

  • Dysfunction and/or collapse (drooping) of the side wall cartilages of the nostrils

  • Narrow nostrils

  • Deviated septum

  • Scar tissues in the nostrils

The Nasal Valve Support™ provides a non-surgical option for treating the above conditions without medication. The Nasal Valve Support™ having been in commercial use since 1980, offers a safe, effective, and comfortable relief from anterior nasal obstruction.
